Description

Rising Federal Leaders Roundtable

The Greater Los Angeles Federal Executive Board invites rising Federal leaders to join us for this unique program in partnership with the Senior Executives Association (SEA). This event will provide participants with an opportunity to discuss critical governmental issues in a changing Federal landscape, Executive Core Qualifications and visualizing a career in the Senior Executive Service.

We are delighted that MR. BILL VALDEZ, President of the Senior Executives Association (SEA) is joining us from Washington, DC to lead this special session. As a former member of the Senior Executive Service, and Washington insider of sorts, Bill has first-hand knowledge regarding the preparation of and challenges faced by senior leaders. He will share his insight, engage the regional perspective and also tell us how the SEA is working with OMB, OPM and others to support agencies as they design restructuring plans. Learn more about Bill Valdez here.
